A hard-fought draw against "a 161" - very well done for hanging in. 34. Re2 won the half point, and deservedly so.

It's interesting to see how Paul plays the French with the Knight on h6 then f5! I'll make a mental note of that. Well played though Ben. It was a tough task to see that move sequence instead of the dazzling d5 pawn. You played the ending fine as far as I could see.

Paul looking very uncomfortable sitting across the board from you at the start. Do you two have history?. After your pawn blunder you did well to stay in the game,at the end i bet Paul was more relieved than you..
