Yes, a tremendous battle. Anyone playing the Archer should expect fireworks. His knight sacrifice was a gem of complexity. For us both! Indeed, so much so that to get to the 36th move mark, we each needed to make 15 moves in as many minutes. Unfortunately, the pressure led me to crazily advance my h pawn. Silly to have blunted a ferocious attack only to make David's win that much easier. Even without that though, I reckon Black was positionally in better shape, albeit not critically so.
