AGM Will be Held on 5^th May 2016

The Club's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 5^th May at 7:15pm.

At the AGM, copies will be available of

• the agenda
• minutes of the last AGM held on 30^th April 2015
• minutes of the last Committee Meeting

After the AGM and a cup of tea, we will have a bit of fun with a rapidplay doubles competition - no conferring between doubles partners!

We hope for a good turn-out at what should be a very enjoyable evening.
