Convert Between New ECF Ratings and Old ECF Grades

This little tool enables you to input an old-style ECF grade and see the new ECF rating equivalent, or vice versa. In accordance with the ECF's guidance, the conversion formula is 7.5 x (old grade) + 700 = new rating.
